Each class / course is divided into four parts (Quarter). Each quarter will have 8 teaching weeks along with 1 week for Examination. Total 4 Exams shall be conducted in an Academic year. At the end of 4th exam, the aggregated result will be compiled to generate Overall Progress Report. Regular meetings of parents and teachers will be held after each quarter to discuss the progress of the child.

An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is a device that allows a computer, fan, multimedia and other electronic devices to keep running. The school will be fully supported by UPS/Solar System along-with Generator backup.
The contact numbers of school administration including class teachers shall be provided to parents for any information about their kids during school time. Similarly, parents' numbers shall be available with the class teachers for any urgent / routine contact regarding their kids. Information regarding school timings, absent / present status of the student, vocations shall also be provided via sms in advance.
